Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter in a high walled pan (or pot). Add diced onion after butter has melted. Cook till translucent.

Add in tomato juice and canned tomatoes. Cook till sides start to bubble.

Add Sherry, pepper, basil, and bullion. Stir for a few seconds and turn off the heat. Taste for seasoning and adjust.
