Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop vegetables into small pieces. This will help reduce the cook time.

2. Mince the garlic and chop the bacon into slices.
Step 3
3. Over low medium heat, cook bacon in a pan for 3 minutes.
Step 4
4. Add in garlic and onion and cook until fragrant.
Step 5
5. Add in ground beef and combine well.

6. Once the beef is about 80% cooked add in the chopped carrots and potatoes.
Step 7
7. Add 1 can of el pato sauce and 1 cup of beef broth. Mix well.
Step 8
8. Cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
Step 9
9. Season to taste using salt, pepper, and any other seasonings of choice.
Step 10
10. Serve with a side of beans. Each bowl will get 2 C beef mixture & 3/4 C beans.
