Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C(fan)
Step 2
Rinse and drain the chickpeas(drain very well)
Step 3
Transfer them to the bowl and add, olive oil, cumin, mild chilli powder, paprika, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 4
Transfer to the baking tray and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes, shaking every 10 minutes.
Step 5
When ready add grated parmesan (when still hot) and mix again.
