sub cows milk if desired
2 cupsice
3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
or cacao
1banana
2 Tbspalmond butter
2 Tbspsugar-free maple syrup
sub regular maple syrup if desired
½ tspcinnamon

Instructions
Step 1
Toss all the ingredients into a blend and place on the low-medium setting until a smooth consistency is achieved (about 1 minute).
Step 2
Divide into 2 portions and Enjoy!

Note: If you like blasts of flavor you can garnish the smoothie with cinnamon, shaved chocolate, banana, or cocoa/cacao powder.
