Ingredients
8 servings
2 lbsground turkey
can use beef if you prefer
1yellow onion
small, diced
1green bell pepper
diced
3 tspgarlic
minced
olive oil
16 oztomato sauce
1 ¼ cupbeef broth
classic
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tspSeasoning

1bay leaf
salt
freshly ground black pepper
10 ozprotein pasta
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat a wok or dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the turkey. Break it up until browned, season with Dan-O’s, and then add the onion & garlic. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until meat is fully cooked and veggies are cooked down.
Step 2
2. Add the tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire, additional seasoning to taste, and bay leaf. Mix well.
Step 3
3. Add the protein pasta, reduce the heat to medium and cook until al dente. Remove from heat & top with shredded cheese & red pepper flakes if desired.
