Instructions
Step 1
Mix all , except sauce and parm together in a bowl until just combined, don’t over-mix-will make the meatballs tough. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Using your sauce of choice- heat until simmering.
Step 3
Using an ice cream scoop- form meatballs into balls and carefully drop them into the sauce, evenly spaced out. (This recipe makes about 10 meatballs)
Step 4
Cook for 25-35 minutes while simmering. Stirring gently once or twice while cooking.
Step 5
Serve alone with sauce, parmesan and more parsley or with your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
