Halibut with Veggies
Welcome to use any veggies you like for sheet pan roasting. We just used a couple types of squash and golden potatoes.

Instructions
Step 1
Lay filets out on aluminum foil and once herbs on filets, to wrap filets in foil.
Step 2
Place lemon rounds on filets
Step 3
Add garlic, fresh thyme, dill onto filets
Step 4
Bake at 425 for 16-20 minutes
Step 5
Add diced veggies and potatoes to sheet pan. Season with EVOO and herbs. Stir to coat. Check veggies and potatoes halfway through cook time. Stir. Put into oven again until finished.
