Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a spaghetti squash by oven or microwave.
Step 2
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook thoroughly. Set aside.
Step 3
Saute spaghetti squash, Italian diced tomatoes and cheese wedges until cheese is melted.
Step 4
Pour squash mixture into small casserole dish Spread chicken on top. Sprinkle shredded cheese then Parmesan cheese over chicken.
Step 5
Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
