1 Lbs Ground beef seasoned browned. (Strain grease/Fat)

3 Idaho potatoes cut into fries toss in oil and seasoning. ( air-fry at 325° for 7mins the again at 400° for 10 more mins or until golden brown.)

1/4 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
Step 4
1/2 sweet white onion small diced
Step 5
6 dill pickle chips small diced
Step 6
1 cup shredded cheese ( I used cheddar)
Step 7
Special sauce ( see Big Mac sauce recipe for details)
Step 8
Assemble your fries at the bottom of your cast iron skillet or on a sheet pan, then add your seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and then place underneath the broiler until the cheese has melted. Add the rest of your toppings and sauce and enjoy!
