Keto Fiber Filled Noatmeal

This keto “oatmeal” is filled to the brim with flavor, protein, and healthy fiber. It's ready in minutes. It's hard for us to get enough fiber in our keto lifestyle and this packs a one two punch. I use golden flaxseed because it's a lighter flavor, but you can use regular. 450 calories. 22g protein, over 12g fiber, and 6 net carbs!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together well over high heat while stirring about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Add milk and butter and bring to boil. Let boil about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve. Can top with a little heavy cream.
Step 3
You can change this up. If you want chocolate use cocoa or chocolate protein powder. Use regular swerve and no cinnamon. If you only have regular collagen or protein powder, add vanilla extract or whatever extract flavor you want. The choices truly are endless.
