Instructions

Guacamole

Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and place one half in a plate and mash with a fork
Step 2
Chop the garlic and cilantro and cut the tomato into small pieces. Mix everything with the avocado

Add the salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice and mix until everything is well combined

Chicken patty

Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Then add the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 2min then flip.
Step 5
Again season with salt and pepper. Fry for another 2min. If the piece is thicker you can place it in the oven for 3-5min.

Place the cheese on top and let it melt

Burger

Step 7
Cut the burger bun in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown
Step 8
Meanwhile slice the onion.
Step 9
Spread the bottom half with the guacamole. Then place the salad and onion slices on top
Step 10
Add the chicken and finish with the tortilla chips
Step 11
Place the second half of the bun on top and enjoy!
