1 lbshrimp
shelled and deveined
1 Tbspoil
1 tsptobanjan
1 tspgarlic
minced
1 tspginger minced
1 tspsesame oil
1green onion
sliced
Marinade
Chili Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the shrimp in marinade ingredients in a bowl for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the chili sauce in a small bowl.
Step 3
In a large pan over high heat, add oil, garlic, ginger, tobanjan and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add shrimp, cook for 2 minutes and add the chili sauce mixture. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes, until the shrimp cook through.
Step 5
Add sesame oil, and serve with sliced green onion.
