Instructions

Step 1
Boil water to prepare your pasta.
Step 2
In an oiled pan over medium high heat, add your diced onion and sauté for 2 min. Then add in your diced tomato and sauté for 3 more minutes. Add your smoked salmon (already cook) and let it heat up.
Step 3
Lower heat to medium, and add in yogurt, milk, spinach, and capers. Salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for 3 more minutes
Step 4
When your pasta is ready, strain it and add it into your sauce pan. Mix together and serve hot with parmesan
