Instructions
Step 1
In a pressure cooker put the chopped onion chicken and with the butter , Fry it for 5 minutes then add the vegetables and the spices and stir for few minutes. After add a 1/2 liter of hot water and close the cooker and let it cook about 45 minutes.
Step 2
Cover the tlitli with a little bit of oil .and then steam it for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cover the tlitli with water and let it saok for 10 minutes later steam it again for 15 minutes.
Don't forget to salt the tlitli
Step 4
After that in a pot heat the chicken and vegetables stock add some butter and lemon juice and boil the steamed tlitli until it absorbs all the stock.
Step 5
On a plate serve the tlitli and garnished with the chicken and vegetables
