✨ To make a healthier version of the BLT sandwich, use lightly toasted bread (I love rye sourdough), a little bit of Dijon mustard, some hummus, sliced tomato, the cooked tempeh, crispy lettuce and avocado.

Step 1
Cut the tempeh into 0.5cm thick slices
Step 2
Add all the other ingredients to a container and mix well to combine
Step 3
Place the tempeh into the box and make sure it is thoroughly coated. The longer it marinates, the stronger the flavours will be.
Step 4
Cook on a lightly oiled pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes on each side.
