Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 300°F

2. Mix dry ingredients together, followed by the wet ingredients and spices. (Save dried cherries for later)

3. Spread on a sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until crunchy and golden brown.
Step 4
4. Remove from oven, add the dried fruit, stir to loosen up the granola and mix in the cherries.
Step 5
5. Cool completely before storing.
Step 6
6. Keep in an airtight container for 7-10 days (mine lasted 5 months in airtight container)
