Instructions

Step 1
1) Begin by cutting the chicken into small cubes.
Step 2
2) Create the marinade by thoroughly combining all of the listed ingredients.
Step 3
3) Mix the chicken with the marinade, ensuring that each piece is well-coated.
Step 4
4) Allow the chicken to marinate for at least two hours, or preferably overnight.
Step 5
5) Use a blender to make the chutney, blending all ingredients except for the yoghurt. Add the chutney to the yoghurt and stir to combine.

6) Heat up a skillet or pan and add oil to it.
Step 7
7) Once the oil is hot, cook the marinated chicken over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
Step 8
8) Warm up the pita bread and create pockets by making a small slit in each one.
Step 9
9) Spread some of the chutney sauce on the inside of the pita bread, add some salad, and then fill with the cooked chicken.

10) Serve and enjoy!
