Instructions

Step 1
Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a 4 cup jar (MUST be a 4-cup or more capacity so it does not overflow upon expansion, and preferably one that comes with a lid for easy storage). Drop your immersion blender in all the way to the bottom, and mix for about 30 seconds.
Step 2
As the bottom of your mixture begins to thicken, bring the immersion blender up and incorporate top portion of mixture with bottom but shifting your immersion mixer up and down. The complete process will take minimum 1 minute, but I go a little longer to make it a bit thicker.
Step 3
Enjoy as you would any whipped cream!
