Instructions
Step 1
Add buttermilk sliced onion bashed garlic jalapeño with 1/3 cup of the juice salt and pepper and mix . Slice the chicken breasts in half and brat with a mallet to flatten slightly then out in the marinade cover and refrigerate for at least one hour

Make the sauce by adding buttermilk Mayo white wine vinegar salt pepper sliced chives scallions and chopped parsley and thyme mix and set aside

Step 3
Make the flour for dredging by adding flour baking powder salt pepper cayenne smoked paprika garlic powder and thyme whisk to combine then take the marinated chicken coat in the flour put back in the marinade and then coat in the flour again. This makes them extra crispy when fried .

Step 4
Fry the chicken in oil on medium heat until golden and crunchy. Keep them hot in the oven before serving to keep them crunchy . Slice bread then add sauce lettuce pickle slices crispy chicken then more sauce and bread and enjoy
