Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450. Put a large baking sheet in the oven.
Step 2
Place a medium skillet over medium heat. When the skillet is hot, add the broccoli, and 2 tbsp water. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green. Dump in the mushrooms, peppers, oregano, and ¼ cup of the sauce. Coat two 12” lengths of foil with cooking spray. Unroll the dough, cut it in half, and press out each half on a piece of foil, shaping the dough into 10” circles. Scatter ¼ cup of the mozzarella and 2 tbsp of the parmesan over half of each dough round. Mound ½ of the filling over the cheese and top each with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan. Lifting the foil, fold the dough over filling and press the edges to seal. Cut a slit in the top of each calzone. Transfer the calzones to a hot baking sheet. Bake on the bottom rack for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the crust is deep golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. In a microwave safe bowl, nuke the remaining pizza sauce on high for 2 to 4 minutes, or until warm. Cut the calzones in half and serve with the sauce.
