Step 1
Blend up the banana, cinnamon, chia seeds, maca and almond milk in your Nutribullet or blender.
Step 2
In an ovenproof dish, pour in your mixture and then layer with ground almonds, amaranth, coconut oil and slivered almonds.
Step 3
Top with coconut shreds.
Step 4
Cover with tinfoil and warm up for roughly 10minutes.
Step 5
Remove the tinfoil and brown the coconut flakes for roughly 2minutes
