Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce pan melt butter and add in brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Step 2
Once combined add oats into butter mixture.
Step 3
In a microwave safe bowl heat peanut butter and chocolate in 30-45 second increments until melted. Be careful not to over heat.
Step 4
In an 8x8 dish covered in parchment paper add 1/2 the oat mixture and press it into the pan.
Step 5
Add the chocolate reserving a little for a drizzle.
Step 6
Layer the rest of the oats over the chocolate and then drizzle with the left over chocolate.
Step 7
Refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting into squares.
