Instructions

cook the steak

Step 1
cut the steak into bite sized cubes
Step 2
season the steak with salt and pepper
Step 3
add oil to a medium sized pan over medium-high heat
Step 4
sear the steak on all sides, about 30 seconds per side for medium rare (cook to your liking)

set aside

make the ramen

in a medium sized pot, over medium heat, add the water
Step 7
once the water is boiling, add dried vegetable packets and seasoning packets from both packages of ramen
Step 8
stir together, then add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes
Step 9
add the steak bites and stir to combine, let it cook for 1 more minute
Step 10
top with green onion
