Veggie Prep

If mashed potatoes, chop into chunks

Molinex 2 carrots for sautee. Then separately molinex remaining 4 carrots and save for later

Sautee onion, garlic, carrots (only the ones for sautee), pepper, and tomato. Add cumin, salt (not too much cuz fermented cabbage already has some) and pepper
Instant Pot

Add potatoes with minimum amount of water (2 cups). -- 4 min
Step 10
Add sautee and remaining ingredients to instant pot with minimum amount of water (2 cups). Remember to add tomato sauce last on the top. Then add bunched fresh oregano. -- 1 min.
Finish and Serve
Step 11
Remove peel of potatoes, transfer to metal pot, add salt and pepper and blend with hand blender.
