- 600g Diced Chicken Breast (raw weight)
- Dash Of Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder
- 25g Potato Starch (Brand: Tung Chun - can be substituted for corn starch or corn flour)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 90ml Light Soy Sauce (Brand: Ayam)
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang (amount can be customised depending how spicy you want it. Add more or less to suit your liking)
- 40g Honey
- 10g Minced Garlic
- 1 Tsp Rice Vinegar
- 5g Potato Starch Mixed With Water - I used around 80ml (or cornflour / cornstarch)
