Salmon poke bowl is all over Tiktok. So I have to make my own version. Trendy poke bowls have all the deliciousness of sushi but in a bowl. Bowl of all fresh and flavourful goodness. The base sticky rice , then I added colourful fresh and picked vegetables and lastly with juicy honey garlic Baked Salmon. This way you can turn Hawaiian inspired flavours in a gourmet bowl.

Salmon Marination
500gSalmon
30mlbutter
melted
30mlolive oil
30mllight soy sauce
15mldark soya sauce
30mlhoney
1 Tbspminced garlic
2 Tbspbrown sugar
2 TbspDijon mustard
¼ tspCayenne Pepper
¼ tspchilli flakes
3 sprigsrosemary
3 sprigsthyme
1lemon

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, soya sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, and chilli flakes.
Step 2
Give it a mix and set aside.
Step 3
Grab a baking pan and line the lemon slices (it will prevent salmon sticking on bottom). Place the salmon on top of lemon slices and pour the marinate all over salmon. For extra flavour I am adding few sprigs of thyme and Rosemary.
Step 4
Leave to marinate for 30/40 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat the oven at 180 c. Bake the salmon for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out salmon and base out salmon with marination. Turn the settings to broil and broil on top rack of oven for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Time to prepare bowl, add cucumber slices in a bowl, boiled rice, sliced radish, pickled carrots swirls, pickled red onions, Baked Salmon, spring onion rings (recipe on my tiktok and in Steamed fish recipe video), sliced red chillies, and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Step 7
Ready to Serve and Enjoy.
