Step 1
Creat a mountain shape out of the floor, place a bowl in the middle and create a bowl shape in the center of the flour

Add the eggs and mix everything together, once the dough comes together mix for another 10 min to get a soft combined dough.

Refrigerate for one hour and start shaping the dough
Step 4
Mix the cheeses and the other ingredients together (this is optional but would recommend adding an egg to the filling)

Using a piping bag add the filling to the pasta and close neatly
Step 6
Heat water in a pot and add the raviolis to it, wait a few min/seconds for them to float on the water and take them out
Step 7
Meanwhile heat a pan with the butter and cook the ravioli inside the butter
Step 8
Take out and serve
Step 9
To get red ravioli- Shred some beetroot and combine with the dough to get red dough
