Instructions

Step 1
Chop green onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces; Slice pork tenderloin into 2-3 inch across slices, marinate pork slices with sweet potato starch, cooking wine, black pepper powder and some salt for a few minutes.
Step 2
Heat up olive oil in a skillet over high heat, then adjust heat from high to medium once oil becomes hot. Put diced garlic and ginger followed by slice tomato in the oil to fry until aroma starts to come out. Add approximately 600ml of water in the pot and bring soup to boil.
Step 3
Gently place one pork slice at a time in the soup once soup starts to boil. Add oyster mushroom in the soup to cook for a few minutes, stir mushroom with pork slices gently until fully cooked.
Step 4
Season the soup with some salt and chicken powder accordingly, sprinkle some green onion before you remove the soup from the heat.
