Instructions

Turn oven on 200

Boil pasta until cooked then leave to one side

As pasta is cooking add 10ml oil to the pan and fry the Chorizo for 2 mins

Once cooked mix the chorizo in a bowl with the Breadcrumbs and season to taste

Put 10ml olive oil in pan and fry the onion for 5 mins until soft

Once soft add the flour and mix in

Then pour in the stock and cook until the sauce thickens

Once thick add the creme Fraiche and take off heat and mix in the oregano and cheese, mix until fully combined

Mix in the pasta and stir well, pop that into an oven proof dish and pop in oven for 5 minutes
