Instructions
Step 1
Mix together flour, yeast and slowly add water until a soft dough forms
Step 2
Add salt and oil and mix with a chopstick
Step 3
Cover and allow to rise for 10-12 hours or a day in the fridge until it doubles in size and is very bubbly
Step 4
With oiled hands, put dough onto an oiled baking tray and fold over several times to break the big bubbles in the dough
Step 5
Rest for ~10 minutes before spreading the dough over the tray
Step 6
Poke dimples into the dough with fingers, then let the dough proof for another 1-1.5 hours
Step 7
Drizzle with olive oil, add salt flakes and other toppings and bake for ~10 min at 220°C
