Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Cut zucchini in half and scoop the seeds out, shred it, pat dry with towel
Step 3
In a large bowl: add eggs, butter, sugar, peanut butter & mix
Step 4
Add 2 cups of zucchini to mixture & stir
Step 5
Add flour a little at a time and blend until smooth
Step 6
Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, baking powder & stir add chocolate chips
Step 7
Pour batter into a bread pan, baking dish, muffin tray, or cast iron pan
Step 8
Bake for about 40 minutes
