Ingredients

For turkey marinade
3cloves of garlic
minced
1ginger
thumb sized, minced
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspchilli powder
2 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbspfish sauce
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspchicken bullion powder
1 Tbspolive oil
1 tspturmeric
For vegetable marinade
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200C
Step 2
Make deep slits with a knife on the turkey. In a medium bowl, add in the turkey and ingredients for turkey marinade and mix together until well combined. Marinade for 10 mins or overnight.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, add in the vegetables and ingredients for vegetable marinade and mix together until well combined.
Step 4
In a baking tray, add the vegetables and turkey. Place the oven and let it cook for 45 to 50 mins.
Step 5
Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy !
