Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Followed everything except the cooking times! My crockpot tends to cook fast, plus I had small chops, so mine were overcooked a bit in about 2 hours on low.
You can substitute the milk/bullion for regular chicken stock (~10.5 oz can-worth of stock) and omit one of the cans of soup in lieu of onion soup mix. If the gravy is not thick enough, use a cornstarch slurry (3 tbsp cold water & 3 tbsp cornstarch) to thicken.

Step 1
Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and place pork chops on the bottom.
Step 2
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, depending on the size of your pork chops.
Step 3
Serve over mashed potatoes or rice with a side of cooked or Roasted Vegetables.
