Roasted Tomatoes

So simple and absolutely yummy. Roast these in the oven or on the grill These tomatoes only get better as tomato season hits it's peak. Leftovers are a great addition to pasta sauces and salad dressings!

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425F

Wash tomatoes, cut in half and toss with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper and chili flakes.

Roast for 30-35 minutes until tender and rich in flavour.
