Ingredients

2 poundsground chuck
2onions
chopped
0.5 headgarlic
2cans tomato sauce
1can tomato paste
2cans diced tomato
2 tspchili powder
2bay leaves
2 tspOregano Powder
2 tspbasil flakes
2 Tbspturbinado sugar
2 Tbspbrown sugar
2 Tbsphoney mustard
3 Tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tspsalt
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tsponion powder
1 Tbspparsley
1 tspblack pepper
½ tspred pepper flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle in oil and sauté onions and peppers with ketchup, sriracha and bbq sauce (USING SAUTÉED ONIONS RECIPE IN MENU). Then add roasted garlic and continue to cook for 1-2 more mins.
Step 2
Add ground beef and cook until pink color is gone. Drain grease of meat mixture in a colander.
Step 3
Pour in tomato paste and let slightly brown for a few minutes then mix well.
Step 4
Now add in the rest of the liquid ingredients, bay leaves and dry seasonings
Step 5
Cover and cook approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Skim fat off the top and adjust seasonings to taste.
Step 7
Boil preferred pasta and incorporate with meat sauce. Stir, Serve and ENJOY!
