For the Chicken
1kgchicken breast
1 Tbspsesame oil
2 Tbspoyster sauce
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 TbspHarrisa powder
2 teaspoonscornstarch
For the Slaw
Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken breast into thin slices then add sesame oil. Oyster sauce, harissa seasoning and corn starch. Mix well then leave it aside for 30 minutes
Step 2
Clean the gem lettuce then drain water. Then thinly slice, red onion, cucumbers and cilantro add them into bowl add Salt flakes, olive oil, lemon juice then massage gently.
Step 3
Now heat the pan keep medium heat and cook chicken 2-3 minutes each side.
Step 4
Add a spoonful of the slaw and add chicken slices on top. Enjoy.
