Instructions
Step 1
Place thawed chicken, onions and BBQ sauce in a crockpot on low for 3 hours. Shred and cook another 30-60 minutes.
Step 2
Layer ¼ of the BBQ chicken and onions, ½ cup lettuce, 2 tomato slices & 50g avocado inside each tortilla and roll up tight. Enjoy hot or cold.
