Instructions
Step 1
In a small saucepan, mix together the stevia and cocoa powder. Add in the milk and whisk until well combined.
Step 2
Set this over medium-high heat on the stove until it has reached a gentle simmer and is bubbling at the edges, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Take off the heat and mix in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract and espresso until well combined.
Step 4
Transfer to your favorite mug and top with whip cream and crushed candy cane (optional). Enjoy!
