Instructions

Step 1
I buy pre wash ready to use brussel sprouts at my local Kroger always get the value Big bag
Step 2
Cut the ends of brussel sprouts thinly just enough to take off the hard root then cut length wise in half place in to big bowl
Step 3
Once all my sprouts are cut in bowl I toss them in a Generous amount of Olive oil, Kosher salt and Black pepper
Step 4
On a preheated George Foreman Grill I place the cut side down and season again will a Generous amount of both Salt and Pepper will be the last time. Close lid time 7-9 minutes depending on Your grill but let Your nose and eyes tell You can check at 5 minutes
Step 5
You want them to have a char and to be fork tender once you achieve enjoy them
