Step 1
Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat until simmering. Add onion and cook until softened, stirring often. Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, cayenne and 1 t of salt and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 2
Stir in ground beef and cook, breaking up meat until no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, broth, vinegar and sugar and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with remaining salt.
