Instructions
Step 1
Heat a little oil in a pan along with half of the butter. Once hot add the pork chops and brown on both sides
Step 2
Remove from pan and add the rest of the butter along with the onions. Soften then add the garlic, followed by the mushrooms
Step 3
After a few minutes add the chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Reduce until it starts to thicken then add Philadelphia. Mix through and add the garlic salt. You can add more later depending on taste
Step 4
Once mixed through add the pork chops and cook for a few minutes before adding the parsley. Mix through and serve with rice and any greens if wanted. Enjoy!
