Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
Toss broccoli stems in cornstarch or arrowroot, then your almond milk and lemon juice mix and finally the bread crumbs.
Step 3
Transfer to a baking sheet.
