Instructions

Step 1
1️⃣ Firstly, add olive oil to an oven proof pot, lightly fry the frozen vegetables + drained black beans + taco seasoning + pinch of salt + pepper
Step 2
2️⃣ After a few minutes add the rinsed rice + stock and bring to the boil
Step 3
3️⃣ Place in the oven and bake for 15 mins at 200C
