Instructions
Step 1
First put our rice into a pan and add water covering the rice and boil for 10mins
Step 2
While the rice is boiling, get a pan add the pork, cook until the pork its all browned
Step 3
While the pork is cooking cut the mangetout in half and cut up yellow pepper into bitesize pieces and dice up the ginger.
Step 4
Once the pork is fully cooked add in the mangetout, yellow pepper and ginger, cook for 5mins until the veg has softened.
Step 5
In a pot add in the veg stock and 150ml of boiling water, soy sauce, red wine vinegar and 2 tea spoons of corn flour.
Step 6
Add that sauce into the pork and cook for 2-3mins until sauce has thickend
Step 7
Then drain your rice, add it to you plate add the pork on top, dice up chilli and spring onion and sprinkle on top along with your sesemee seeds.
