Shrimp Zucchini Soup/Stir Fry
This is such a fast easy week night meal that's very healthy and delicious.

Instructions
Step 1
Spirilize all zucchini's into noodles with a food processor.
Step 2
Thaw pre-cooked shrimp. Then heat olive oil over medium high heat. Saute garlic for 30 seconds or until fragrant then add butter.
Step 3
Once butter is melted add shrimp to pan and cook until shrimp is heated through.
Step 4
Remove heated shrimp into a bowl off to the side.
Step 5
To the skillet add Italian seasoning, lemon juice, chicken stock, and fresh herbs. Stir and then add zucchini noodles and cook until tender.
Step 6
After zucchini noodles are done add the shrimp back to the skillet and add salt and pepper. Mix well and then serve with Sriracha sauce if so desired.
