Instructions
Step 1
Combine sliced strawberries and 3 Tbsp sugar in a small bowl. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or until juices are released from the berries.
Step 2
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with the strawberry powder and set aside. *I used a sieve because my powder was chunky.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer at 360 degrees for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Carefully open the biscuits and remove the middle with a 1-inch cutter (optional). Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and cook at 360 for 6 minutes. Alternatively, bake in oven according to package directions.
Step 5
While the donuts are cooking, whip the cream with a hand mixer until peaks start to form. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and continue whipping until you reach stiff peaks.
Step 6
Once donuts are cooked, carefully dip in melted butter then into strawberry sugar to coat.
Step 7
Slice in half and top with macerated strawberries followed by the whipped cream. Enjoy!
