1 lbpasta shells
medium
1 poundimitation crab meat
package, cut bite size
1can black olives
medium, sliced
1red bell pepper
medium, diced
3green onions
sliced thin about two inches into the green
3 stalkscelery
diced
1 ½ cupsplain non fat yogurt
¼ cupfat free mayonnaise
½ Tbspspike
1 tspcelery salt
1 Tbspyellow mustard
½ Tbspsoy sauce
¼ cupitalian vinaigrette salad dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
In a very large bowl, mix the pasta, crab, olives, red peppers, green onions, and celery.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayo, Spike, celery salt, yellow mustard, soy sauce, and salad dressing.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the pasta and veggies and stir to combine. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
