Mixed Fruit Frozen Yogurt

This a a great option for low calorie no added sugar dessert . I use mixed frozen fruits and use a sweetener like stevia . If you don’t want it to be sugar free then add maple syrup or honey in place of the sweetener

Instructions

Step 1
Add mixed frozen fruit to a food processor then add lemon juice sweetener and Greek yogurt . You can use full fat or low fat Greek yogurt . Pulse a few times to break up the fruit then pulse on high

Step 2
Scrape down the sides of the processor from time to time and blend until the large lumps of fruit are smooth . Place into a freezer safe container and enjoy when you like
