Instructions
Step 1
1)Wet
Teaspoon of white vinegar or apple cider
Mixed with 1 cup vegan milk and half cup water
plus one tablespoon flax one tablespoon olive oil and tablespoon sugar 2)Dry
stir in 1.5 lightly packed cups of AP flour and add 3 teaspoons of baking powder 3) lightly mix wet and dry until combined
Leave for 10 minutes 4) Preheat pan
Scoop 1/3 cup pancake batter
