BROCCOLI STEMS FRIES

Don’t throw away your broccoli stems, instead cover them with flour and breadcrumbs and bake them in the oven to make them mamma mia 😍
I like to serve them with a vegan spicy mayo or tartare sauce and you can add some smoked paprika in the breadcrumbs to make your fries a bit spicy 🥵

Step 1
Wash and peal your broccoli stems and cut them into spears.

In a bowl, add flour and water and mix with a whisk for a minute.

Dip your broccoli spears into the batter then cover with breadcrumbs.

Add your broccoli fries on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 15/20 mins (180C/360F).
